STANDARD RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If any merchandise is defective or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please use your packing slip to notate the reason for your return, or to list which item(s) you are requesting in exchange. All returns can be shipped to our Returns Department at .
When your items are received and verified, ShopRazzi will then process your return for the total amount of the merchandise. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. We will not accept returns that have been altered, mistreated, or mishandled. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Made to order items, including furniture and rugs, are not eligible for returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend using a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers or offers certified mail as ShopRazzi is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will then process your return for the total amount of the merchandise. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed, and funds to show up in your account if applicable. We will confirm this transaction through email by sending you a copy of your credited receipt, unless another format is requested.

The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to check all merchandise once it is received to verify receipt of what was ordered and report any damages that may have occurred during shipment.
Please note that the return shipment cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Furthermore, the original shipping cost may not reflect the actual cost of the return shipment particularly if shipped freight. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
All items will be inspected upon return. An additional fee may be applied to items that are not returned in good condition or outside the stated time frame. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Custom or special orders cannot be returned.
